Born in the small town of Ponchatoula, Louisiana as a young child I learned to appreciate the love that food brings. I spent a good amount of time by my grandfather side watching and learning not just how to cook but how food always brought people together. The time and techniques that went into preparing the food and the fellowship that came from breaking bread together placed a permanent stamp in my heart.

My passion has always been baking, I fell in love with the science, I love the textures, and the colors; the depth of flavors... the light and buttery flake of my patisseries or the deep and rich flavors of my signature pound cakes.
