REFUND POLICY

Payments made for any of Q-Zeens services, including Palate Meal Service, Q-Zeens Catering, and Q-Meal’s holiday meals, are nonrefundable. In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued minus all transaction fees, the cost of goods already purchased, and any reserved labor expenses. This policy ensures we maintain quality and reliability for all clients while managing costs effectively.
